A number of events are celebrated in the DAV Public school's academic year. The most celebrated functions are:

 

Annual School Function: It is the most partied event in our school where everyone participates with keen enthusiasm. Students, teachers, parents and other guest facilities are invited and make the event very goal-oriented. On this day students perform and participate in activities, receive awards, the teachers and the head of the school announces annual report, performance of the students, share some lighter moments and there is more.

National Festivals: Independance Day, Republic Day and Flag Days are celebrated with patriotic ferver and enthusiasm by every body at School.

 

Religious Festivals:All the festivals of all religions are celebrated in School with active participation of local community as well.

 

International Observance: Like Childrens Day, Red Cross Day, World Blood Donar Day, World Environment Day, World Health days and many more, to make students aware of challenges of present world scenerio and steps required to face these challenges. Our School organises interactive activities like speeches, quiz compititions, essay writing etc. to extract creative ideas and their feelings about those pressing issues.
